We are expanding our presence through franchise partnerships and are seeking a dynamic Franchisee Sales Manager to oversee the successful operation and performance of our franchise network.
Job Summary:
The Franchisee Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our franchisees, ensuring compliance with Ocupiie Hospitality Academy's standards, and supporting franchisees to drive growth, profitability, and overall success. The role requires strong leadership, relationship management, and operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Franchisee Support & Training:
• Provide ongoing operational support to franchisees, including guidance on policies, processes, and best practices.
• Oversee the training of franchisees and their teams in all aspects of academy operations.
• Ensure franchisees are compliant with the brand's standards, including curriculum delivery, facility management, and customer service.
• Operational Excellence:
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance across the franchise network.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure franchisees meet or exceed performance goals in areas such as student enrollment, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular audits and site visits to ensure consistency and quality control.
• Business Growth & Development:
• Work closely with franchisees to identify opportunities for business growth, including new student acquisition, local partnerships, and community engagement.
• Assist franchisees with marketing, local promotional activities, and brand building to drive enrollment.
• Collaborate with the business development team to ensure smooth onboarding of new franchisees.
• Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:
• Address operational challenges faced by franchisees, providing guidance and support to resolve issues efficiently.
• Act as a liaison between franchisees and corporate management, ensuring clear communication and alignment on business goals.
• Compliance & Reporting:
• Ensure all franchisees comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on franchise performance, operational challenges, and business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in operations management, preferably in a franchise or multi-unit business model.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and educational services.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with franchisees.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel frequently for site visits and franchisee meetings.
