Franchise Sales Consultant

Summary

The Franchise Consultant or FSC is a role of responsibility. The FSC is responsible for advising and supporting the franchise owner using their consultative approach, which will eventually help the franchise owner achieve the strategic goals and help the business grow. The Franchise Consultant should establish a strong and successful relationship with the franchise owners and the team. The franchise consultant should ensure that all the elements of the franchise business operations are implemented across the franchises and should comply with the brand standards.

Job Role of Franchise Sales Consultant

To attend incoming enquiries for Franchise Sales and Developing franchisee partners and expanding the business.

Study the market and identify the potential investors through various online and offline resources like participating in networking events, franchise shows etc.

Present business plans to the potential client and negotiate the terms and conditions of the franchise agreement for the exclusive franchise brand outlet.

Responsibly handle the entire sales process right from solicitation to contract completion. The process includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees and following all the protocols ensuring closures.

Ensuring franchise expansion with the prospective clients and brands

Conduct sales calls regularly regarding the brand's pitching, upcoming events, training, and other assistance.

Visits prospects to explain the advantages of the franchise business, services to be rendered, costs, location.

Coordinate with all the resources/support from all appropriate departments for assigned Franchisees

Preparing the detailed plan of action for the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales objectives along with tracking and presentation of the growth and sales reports

Work closely with the managers and give useful insights into strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goal

Finalize the project for each franchise and guide/explain ROI to them, helping out the franchise-owner to set up the franchise in their respective city

Assisting and hand holding the franchise right from initial planning, training, recruitment, till the launch of the franchise or it's fully operational.

Work in close coordination with the operations team and ensure proper set-up of franchise

Work as a SPOC or Strong Point of Contact between the franchise and the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?17,961.41 - ?30,000.00 per month
