Job Description



• Identify Franchise Partners as per the Franchise business plan.
• Identify Franchise partners for key identified markets
• Ensure end to end ownership for Franchise sign ups and setup.
• Coordinate with Franchise partners to make business plans and track business
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting as per company guidelines
• Converting Sales lead into successful deals.
• Endeavor to meet to exceed franchise sales targets for the period.
• Entertain and process franchising applications and ensure documentary proof of business and financial capability are in order for senior management approval
• Implement the franchising standards and bonds as developed by business development.

Skill, Knowledge and Attribute

• Should have prior experience in Franchise Development preferably from Retail sector.
• Good command over English language.
• Exp: 3-5 yrs
• Salary : 25K - 30K
• FRESHERS WITH GOOD COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS CAN ALSO APPLY.
