Job description Franchise Manager

Responsible for creating of New Franchisee
Design, Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
Manage the entire franchisee sales process.
Responsible on generating leads, coordinate and follow up with leads till MOU.
Developing new franchise by planning and meeting with exclusive investors.
Identifying trends and determining sales system improvements
Territorial survey including site identification & evolution.
Infrastructure setup support to the signed up franchisees as per MOU.
Assisting the franchisees in Recruitment of Staff.
Marketing & admission handling Training to franchisees coordinator on consistent interval as & when required.
Maintaining a sound relationship with the existing & new signups
