JOB BRIEF: We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our franchise operations, ensuring that each locations meets company standards and objectives. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years Location: Surat & Mumbai Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day operations of franchise location.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales.
- Collaborate with the franchisor on promotional events and initiatives.

- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve any issues or complaint.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation
- Customer management skills
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Hindi and Gujarati
- Willingness to travel as per work requirements
- Day shift
- Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)
