Responsibilities:
• Franchise Development:
• Identify and evaluate potential franchise opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the franchise network.
• Build strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees.
• Team Management:
• Lead and mentor the franchise development team.
• Set performance targets and monitor team progress.
• Provide training and support to enhance team effectiveness.
• Sales and Marketing:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies.
• Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Business Strategy:
• Develop business plans and growth strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
• Customer Relations:
• Address franchisee queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure franchisees comply with company standards and policies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in franchise development and management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
