PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. Scope of role
• To increase the business and centre profitability by adding in new business and increasing the business volume with the aim of revenue generation
b. Responsibilities
• Working strongly with the centre team in setting up and chasing targets by conducting business development and marketing activities ATL/BTL.
• Plan and execute business development strategies. Hand holding for new setup.
• Sales reviews with the team, as well as franchise
c. Key deliverables
• Meeting the targets of the business & placements
• Management of franchise operations and taking students feedback to improvise
• Handle all queries and help them understand the aspects to focus upon
d. Person Profile
He should have specific competencies such as motivating team members , lateral thinking, time management, planning, decision-making, business awareness
