As a Franchise Development Manager, you\'ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth franchise sales, development, operations, and franchise interactions for better growth. Role & Responsibilities: Achieve High-Quality Sign-Ups: Proactively identify new leads and convert them through effective sales pitches. Franchisee Identification, Selection, and Development: Identify and research potential markets for new franchise opportunities and advise senior management on new prospects. Locate potential franchisees, explore opportunities, and screen them based on various criteria. Finalize franchise agreements while negotiating terms and conditions. Oversee the launch and development of franchisees based on agreed terms and conditions. Franchise Management: Contribute to the development of Franchise Business Plans. Ensure the financial performance and revenue targets of the franchise division are met. Act as the primary point of contact between franchisees and company management, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Provide support in various aspects of franchise operations, including store standards, stock management, customer relations, staffing, finances, cost control, and expansion. Ensure compliance with the company\'s systems and processes in franchise operations. Develop sales and marketing tools and plan promotional activities to support franchisees. Maintain the company\'s brand identity in all franchise communications and marketing efforts. Develop and execute a franchise audit plan to ensure compliance with legal and statutory policies and procedures. Handle franchise legal responsibilities, including agreement renewals and fee collection. Franchise Training & Development: Develop training programs for franchisees. Conduct training sessions as per the program. Ensure that franchisees and their staff are well-prepared to provide service in line with the company\'s customer policies. Desired Skills: Sales: Proficiency in concepts, business strategy, corporate services, marketing, and PR, with a strong focus on sales and business development. Personality: Excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a pleasant demeanor. Analytical: The ability to understand the company\'s business and match franchisee requirements with the company\'s vision. Track Record: A driven individual with persistence, a results-oriented approach, and a proven track record. Outlook: A dedicated professional with a long-term career focus and high ethical standards. Leadership: A multitasker with leadership skills and a thirst for growth. Organization: Strong skills in profiling, time management, and resource management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet usage, including social networking. Qualification & Experience: An engineering and/or management graduate or postgraduate from a reputable institution. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
