About Us: Footprints is a leading high-quality early childhood education and care provider. We are expanding our network of preschools through franchising and are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our franchise acquisition calling team.

Job Summary: The Franchise Calling Team Member will play a crucial role in expanding our franchise network. This position involves reaching out to potential franchisees, providing them with information about our franchise opportunities, and guiding them through the initial stages of the acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential franchisees to introduce them to Footprint's franchise opportunities.
• Qualify leads by assessing their interest, financial capability, and suitability for our franchise model.
• Provide detailed information about our franchise program, including investment requirements, training, support, and benefits.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with potential franchisees in the CRM system.
• Schedule follow-up calls and meetings for interested prospects with the Franchise Acquisition Manager.
• Respond to inquiries from potential franchisees promptly and professionally.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for franchise acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the education or franchise sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Dialler.
• Knowledge of the preschool industry and franchise operations is a plus.
