The company operates a 500 MW Solar PV Module Manufacturing Unit in Karjan, Vadodara with plans to establish 2 GW module manufacturing and 1 GW cell manufacturing by 2025. The fully automated facility integrates the latest technologies from globally renowned providers to produce and supply highly efficient N-type Topcon and P-type Mono Perc PV Modules. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Framing & JB Machine Operator located in Karjan. The role will involve operating machinery and hand tools to create PV modules. The operator will also be responsible for quality control and communication with team members. Qualifications
- Machine Operation, Machinery, and Hand Tool operation skills
- Experience in Quality Control and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Experience in the solar industry is a plus
- ITI/Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years experience required in same field
