Develop and produce executive and board management packs for review in a timely manner.2. Prepare Weekly Flash Report, Monthly Operating Reports (MOR).3. Operations to executive cost centers, helping set budgets/forecasts ensuring performance is clearly reported & understood.4. Financial analysis for specific segment stream by dashboard and financial models in excel.5. Draw insights to enable management to make accurate decisions based on conclusions drawn from analysis.6. Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting is complete timely.7. Propose, develop and implement new performance KPIs - understanding the key drives of the business both currentand proposed to facilitate growth of the business.8. Process Improvements; assess, scope and redefine existing processes under initiative; with appropriate approval.9. Ad-hoc valuation models, acquisitions & mergers analysis, and data analysis for decision-making for the wider group.10. Work closely with the operations team and other internal stakeholders.11. Support for all types of Audits & Other Compliances.12. Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.Required skills and qualifications:1. Any degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.2. Semi-qualified professional will have added advantage.3. 6-8 Years of relevant experience in FP&A.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), exposure to Power BI or any Business Intelligence tool.5. Good written/Oral Communication skills.6. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.7.
