FP&A Manager (7-10 yrs)
An exciting job opportunity for core finance professionals having experience of working in the IT industry in FP&A domain.
Location: Bengaluru (WFH)

Responsibilities:
- Enabling business with commercials modelling and pricing.
- Helping sales team with proper pricing analysis
- Driving culture of compliance and control within the business unit
- Participating in process improvements at Corporate level
- Contributing to enhance processes within order booking and DPS.
- Co-owning the financial plan of the business unit along with the business head
- People management - internal stakeholder management
- Revenue governance, Margin governance (including cost take-out initiatives, systemic and sustainable cost reduction, rate hikes, cost analysis) and Working capital governance.
- CA with 7+ yrs exp in FP&A domain
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with teams in different Geos
- "Can do" attitude and faster learning curve
- People management skills
- Market leading remuneration
- Liaise extensively with stakeholders
