What you will be doing:


• Leading the review of actual performance and forecasts to provide clarity on key drivers, variance analysis and the quality of forecasts.
• Preparing and presenting updates for the senior finance leadership and other key stakeholders on business performance, forecasts and key drivers.
• Managing relationships with each of the different businesses for this cycle.
• Ensuring our exposures are understood and external reporting requirements are met.
• Analysing operational and transactional data to improve our understanding of financial performance, the cost base and finding opportunities or outlier transactions.
• Driving standard methodologies for process, control, and compliance in this area.


What we are looking for:


• Hands-on experience in Forecasting, budgeting, cash flow analysis, and reporting.
• Experience in reporting and analysis of the complete financial statements (income statement, balance sheet and cash flow) and the ability to utilise key financials and operational metrics.
• Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to convey financial insights to various customers at different levels.
• Analytical Skill: Proficient in data analysis and able to derive relevant insights to support business decisions.
• Problem-solving skills: Proven capability to identify and address financial challenges with innovative solutions.
• Previous experience in business partnering
• Proven experience in Excel and desire to modernise financial process using data, analytics and business intelligence tools.
