We currently serve 50,000+ brands across 12 countries globally. About the role As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the financial planning and analysis functions of the company. You will be responsible for preparing financial forecasts, analyzing financial data, and providing valuable insights to help drive business decisions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the financial success of our startup. What will you do @OnlineSales Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic financial forecasts Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks Prepare financial models and perform scenario analysis to support decision-making Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy of data Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insightful analysis to senior management Prepare management reports and presentations for board meetings and investors Support the development of financial dashboards and reporting tools Support the budget setting exercise along with budget monitoring and control Support in contract negotiations, management and ensuring financial controls to avoid leakages in revenue / expenses Improve financial processes and implement system improvements to support growth at scale Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed Be results and service-oriented comfortable dealing with ambiguity You will be a great fit, if you have : A strong understanding of financial disciplines, good business acumen, and the ability to communicate recommendations effectively. 2+ years of FP&A experience Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp and apply analytical concepts Ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent business partnering skills, positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong operational understanding, tying the drivers to outcomes and highlighting key dependencies Bonus Qualifications: Familiarity with financial planning software or ERP systems Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools CA, MBA, or other relevant certifications Why OnlineSales.ai Startup-y .
