Profile -Quality Engineer

Qualification- B.Tech - mech.

Salary - Upto 6 lac

Experience - Min. 6+ yrs. in Foundry Industry

Location - Ajmer



• Analysis and monitoring of Quality and Defects IN CI AND SG and provide solution to them.
• Knowledge of kaizen,5s ,6s and lean management
• Knowledge of quality of molding and melting
• Improve the quality of green sand and eliminate all the sand related defect
• Works on cost effective method.
• - Oversaw quality control for green sand mold inspections. -
• Analyzed casting defects and prepared detailed reports. -
• Conducted thorough visual inspections to ensure quality
• Knows how to make WI, SOP, and foundry visualization
• Conduct Internal system audits, Process and Product audits.

Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, IATF, etc.) and customer-specific requirements.

Engage with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials meets the required standards.

• Participate in supplier audits and collaborate with suppliers on quality improvement programs.
