: Assistant Manager - Production

Position: Assistant Manager - Production(Foundry)

Location: D-192,Industrial Area , Phase VIII-B, Mohali(Chandigarh)-160071 India

Experience: 3 to 4 years

Salary: ?25,000 - ?30,000 per month

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daily operations in the foundry, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.

Monitor and control the casting processes, particularly focusing on brass casting and melting operations.

Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production cycle, implementing quality control measures as necessary.

Coordinate machine operations, ensuring that all equipment is maintained and functioning optimally.

Manage and supervise production teams, providing guidance and support to achieve production targets.

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Maintain detailed production records and reports, analyzing data to drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and address any production-related issues.

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in a foundry environment, with hands-on experience in casting, brass casting, and melting processes.

Strong knowledge of production and quality control processes.

Proficiency in operating and managing machinery used in foundry operations.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
