Job Summary:
As a Founder's Office (Sales and Marketing Trainee), you will work closely with the Founder to assist in driving sales and marketing initiatives, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment. This role is designed for an enthusiastic, self-driven individual eager to learn the fundamentals of sales, marketing, and client management, with the opportunity to grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1•. Sales Support•:
• Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and new sales leads.
• Support the development of sales strategies and presentations.
• Help maintain the CRM system, track sales activities, and generate reports.
• Participate in client meetings and calls, providing support to the sales team.
2•. Marketing Initiatives:•
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Support social media management, including content creation and community engagement.
• Collaborate on the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
• Assist in analyzing marketing data, including campaign performance and customer engagement.
3. Client Relationship Support:
• Help maintain and nurture client relationships by providing regular updates and assistance.
• Support post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in organizing events and webinars to enhance client engagement.
4. Learning Opportunities:
• Gain exposure to the full sales cycle, from lead generation to client closing.
• Develop a strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
• Learn how to analyze sales and marketing data to inform business decisions.
• Work closely with the Founder to understand strategic decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
