The Founder's Office plays a vital role in shaping our strategic vision. We seek a strategic thinker passionate about continuous improvement and driving organizational success. In this role, you will support the founders and business leaders in identifying growth opportunities and implementing key initiatives.



Responsibilities:

• Define metrics to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, to identify opportunities


and align priorities.

• Conduct research and analyses for marketing, product development, and other initiatives.
• Develop actionable solutions and oversee implementation.
• Stay informed about industry trends and provide strategic guidance.



Key skills required:

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field.
• Previous experience in strategy or business planning will be an added bonus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
