About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Founder's Office - Internal Operations team. The first and foremost responsibility in this role is to set up and streamline the Admin and Facility Management department, ensuring it operates efficiently and supports the organization's needs. Beyond that, you will design scalable structures, establish robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and build a high-performing operations team. Once these foundational systems are in place, you will take on other strategic operational projects to support organizational growth.

What You'll Do:
1. Admin & Facility Department Setup
Establish and structure the Admin and Facility Management department, ensuring it is fully operational.
Develop systems for facility maintenance, resource allocation, and vendor management to create a safe and productive workspace.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, driving efficiency and reliability.
2. Process Design & Implementation
Develop, refine, and automate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve internal workflows.
Build systems and processes that ensure operational scalability and sustainability.
3. Team Building & Leadership
Hire, train, and lead an internal operations team, including admin and facility staff, to deliver high performance.
Define clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability frameworks to achieve operational excellence.
4. Dashboard Structuring & Problem Solving
Create and manage operational dashboards to track performance and provide actionable insights.
Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in internal operations and implement practical solutions.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a key liaison between departments to ensure aligned goals and effective communication.
Facilitate collaboration across teams to enhance workflows and streamline operations.
6. Transition to Strategic Projects
Once the Admin and Facility Management department is established, transition to leading other strategic operational projects that align with organizational priorities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in operations or project management
Proven expertise in setting up and managing departments.
Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring and managing teams.
Proficiency in designing and automating scalable processes and SOPs.
Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
Ability to design and manage dashboards for performance tracking and reporting.
