This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations and strategy, while contributing to the company's growth and success.Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients.
Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Schedule and participate in regular meetings with clients to discuss their goals, challenges, and feedback.
Negotiation and Deal Management:
Assist in negotiating favorable deals and contracts with clients and partners.
Work closely with the founding team to develop negotiation strategies that align with the companys goals.
Monitor the progress of negotiations and ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
Project Strategy and Implementation:
Collaborate with the founding team to strategize the implementation of awarded projects.
Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Communication and Reporting:
Prepare reports and presentations for the founding team and key stakeholders.
Communicate project updates, client feedback, and other relevant information to the team.
Assist in the preparation of strategic documents and proposals.
Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research and analysis to support business development and strategic initiatives.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in business strategy and client management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
