: Founder's Office Associate



Our client is seeking a

Founder's Office Associate

to work closely with the

Founder/CEO

, providing

strategic and operational support

in day-to-day activities and playing a key role in

driving the company's goals

. This role involves

high-level project management, strategic initiatives, administrative tasks, and financial research

, including assistance in the

IPO process

.

Key Responsibilities:



Operational Management

- Oversee and streamline business operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Executive Support

- Assist the Founder/CEO with scheduling, planning, and executing key business decisions.

Communication, Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare reports, analyze business trends, and provide insights for data-driven decisions.

Research on Projects & Finance

- Conduct in-depth research on financial trends, investments, and IPO-related activities as guided by the founder.

Assistance in IPO Process

- Support the company's IPO preparation by handling financial research, documentation, and regulatory compliance coordination.

PPT Designing

- Create high-quality presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field

(Master's/MBA preferred).

Experience:

Prior experience in a

Founder's Office role

with exposure to strategic initiatives.

Technical Proficiency:

Advanced skills in

MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Project Management tools

.

Finance & IPO Knowledge:

Strong understanding of financial research, IPO processes, and capital market trends.

Communication Skills:

Excellent

written and verbal communication

, with strong attention to detail.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
