Location: HSR Sector 6, Bengaluru, India

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Timings: Monday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Wednesday to Sunday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Tuesday: Weekly off

We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic individual to join the Founder's Office. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on strategic initiatives across tech, product, and marketing.

Role Overview:

As an Associate in the Founder's Office, you will be involved in cross-functional projects, supporting the Founder and senior leadership with data-driven insights, market analysis, and product strategies. You will play a key role in enhancing business growth, product development, and marketing initiatives, while driving innovation and optimizing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Support: - Assist the Founder with strategic decision-making and planning across technology, product, and marketing functions. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.

2. Product Development: - Collaborate with the product team to drive new feature development and enhancements. - Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to inform product strategy and improvements.

3. Tech Involvement : - Work closely with the tech team to understand product requirements, development timelines, and technological advancements. - Assist in coordinating between the tech and product teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.

4. Marketing Initiatives: - Support the execution of marketing campaigns and partnerships to enhance brand visibility. - Analyze marketing data and metrics to optimize campaigns, assess ROI, and identify areas for improvement.

5. Operational Excellence : - Develop and implement efficient processes for internal workflows. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 1-3 years in tech, product, or marketing roles.

- Technical Skills : Understanding of software development, product lifecycle, and data analytics.

- Marketing Skills : Experience in digital marketing, content strategies, and campaign execution is a plus.

- Educational Background : Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
