Position Summary: As a Founder\'s Office Executive at The Nth Bit Labs, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for prospecting, nurturing leads, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets, while also fostering long-term relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives. Build rapport and credibility through effective communication and tailored solutions.
  • Deal Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close sales agreements to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition and delivery of services to clients.
  • Account Management and Upselling: Nurture existing client relationships, provide ongoing support, and identify opportunities for upselling additional services or expanding scope. Proactively address client concerns, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Selling: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and operations, to develop integrated solutions that meet client needs and drive results. Leverage existing client relationships to cross-sell complementary services and maximize revenue opportunities.

Skill Set:
  • Graduation in related BBA or MBA.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: 12,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month Experience:
