However, the contracting process at most companies is slow, opaque, and riddled with inefficiencies. Legal Teams at most of these companies are often buried with mountains of mundane work and their business counterparts are often frustrated with slow turnaround times and lack of visibility. SpotDraft aims to solve this massive globally applicable problem. We\'re currently actively expanding our footprint in India, USA, Canada, UK & Singapore. SpotDraft is used by big brands such as AirBnB and Panasonic as well as fast-growing global startups such as Notion, Apollo, Chargebee, and many more. On average, SpotDraft saves in-house legal counsels 10 hours per week and helps close deals 2x faster. Responsibilities: (This is an individual contributor role directly reporting to the Chief Product Officer) Assist founders with special projects & own all operational tasks related to it Work closely with the product team to enrich conversations around product usage, feature development and customer needs Work closely with the CPO to streamline operations across the Product Team Assist with routine business operations, especially related to Product, Finance, Admin, Marketing, PR, etc Conduct market research & analysis when required Ad-hoc responsibilities depending on business requirements, and operationalizing multi-disciplinary projects Requirements: 2+ years of relevant experience working in a Founders\' Office/ Operations/ Product Operations or other strategic role in a B2B SaaS startup Excellent written and spoken communication skills Experience working with founders, and head of departments as primary stakeholders Hands-on experience managing product development tools & tech stack a huge plus Ability to use no-code/low-code solutions to build mini-apps and integrations a huge plus Strong analytical skills and able to draw insight out of large datasets Technical understanding and ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical audiences Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Why SpotDraft When you join SpotDraft, you will be joining an ambitious team that is passionate about creating a globally recognized SaaS company & brand.
