Training Planning & Execution Planning \xe2\x80\x93 Training Scheduling with client co-ordination and communication Registration \xe2\x80\x93 Registration of trainees/participants with valid documents verification ID Generation \xe2\x80\x93 Creation of new ID\xe2\x80\x99s in FoSTaC login for participants Enrolment \xe2\x80\x93 Enrolling the participants to the opted training calendar Co-ordination \xe2\x80\x93 Updating on details of training schedule, venue, modes of training, facility requirements, etc to client Trainer Selection \xe2\x80\x93 Selection of trainer (Master trainer list \xe2\x80\x93 Updating as applicable) Online Training mode \xe2\x80\x93 Co-ordination & Sharing details of training link, time, and Bio of trainer to client, attendance marking & live tracking and ensuring ontime training and Assessment, ensure active participation of trainees and trainer Live Onsite Training mode \xe2\x80\x93 Co-ordination for facility arrangement, trainer on time available at training venue, clarification to client on any requirement, attendance marking & live tracking of training quality and assessment Training Certificate Generation & Sharing
