As part of FTech team, we are dedicated to delivering data-driven insights to Clifford Chance legal team and to our clients, empowering them to make informed decisions. We are seeking a highly skilled eDiscovery specialist with strong background in using Relativity, eDiscovery project management and consulting to join our dynamic team.Who you will work withYou will be part of a dynamic and multidisciplinary Forensic Group within the L&DR practice area. This group comprises of qualified accountants and technologists who specialise in conducting thorough investigations and financial analyses. You will also work closely with the legal team and fee earners from other global offices, providing data-driven insights and eDiscovery project management support across the firm's network.What you will be responsible forAs Forensic Technology (FTech) & eDiscovery Manager, you will be responsible for taking ownership and managing eDiscovery projects for client matters including litigation and arbitration matters, data subject access requests, regulatory, and corporate investigations.What you will doYou will:

  • Roll-out implementation and provide support using Firm's RelativityOne instances.
  • Provide technology support and enable expansion of capabilities to our in-house Forensic Group (Accountants and Technologists) and LegalTech tools.
  • Provide project support to wider FTech & eDiscovery team with data processing, filtering and preparation of data into CC Relativity platform.
  • Be responsible for taking ownership and managing eDiscovery projects including litigation and arbitration matters, data subject access requests, regulatory, and corporate investigations.
  • Deliver technical and consultancy services to legal teams and clients through technology and training, working through the various stages of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) with the application of relevant court rules and practice directions.
  • Be proactive in engaging with the legal teams and clients on scoping the project and recommending appropriate workflows.
  • Work on project scoping, workflow conception, execution of forensically sound collections through proposed workflows, data processing, relevant data identification and project management on eDiscovery matters.
  • Advise our legal teams on technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner and present findings through concise, forensically accurate reports and data visualization.
  • Manage strong working relationships with the lawyers, clients and global eDiscovery vendors and suppliers.
  • Contribute to internal procedures and methodologies including evidence management and automation of processes.
  • Promote eDiscovery services globally across all our offices and support the expansion of the eDiscovery business and in-house team.
  • Responding to client requests and queries with supervision from legal team and Global Head of Forensic Technology & eDiscovery.
QualificationsYour experienceIdeally, you will have:
  • Bachelors' degree in a Technology related discipline such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Digital Forensics, or Math. Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong experience (more than 6 years) with eDiscovery review management, preferably at a major accounting or consulting firm or eDiscovery supplier.
  • Solid experience in using Relativity as an administrator is a must with hands on experience working on processing, relativity analytics, eDiscovery review workflows and productions.
  • A strong technical understanding of eDiscovery and litigation support.
  • Understand and have the ability to implement the use of Technology Assisted Reviews (TAR) workflows and validation on projects.
  • Proven analytical abilities to troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions.
  • Evidence of delivering eDiscovery projects, document reviews and productions.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Power BI or Tableau skills, including ability to transform data, develop calculations and measures, develop charts and tables, as well as develop interactive dashboards / reports.
  • Ability to research, retrieve, prepare, and analyse structured and unstructured information.
  • Work collaboratively within a team and independently.
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced, high achieving environment.
  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or equivalent eDiscovery certifications preferred.
