Since our inception in June 2018, we have experienced a remarkable journey, evolving from two stores to a network of 17 outlets, with a strong team of 140 dedicated staff members.

• 1+ years of Footwear sales experience

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

•Duties & Responsibilities •

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Assist customers in finding the perfect shoe for their needs

• Help customers with sizing, fitting, and style selection

• Keep up to date on the latest fashion trends and styles

• Understand the features and benefits of all shoes in the store

• Provide honest and helpful advice to customers

• Upsell customers on additional items, such as socks, insoles, and laces

• Process sales transactions quickly and accurately

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Stock shelves and displays as needed

• Assist in training new employees

• Handle customer complaints in a polite and professional manner

• Providing customers with product knowledge regarding styles and materials used in various models of shoes

• Laying out shoes on shelves or tables according to size or style type

• Recommending styles and brands based on the customer's preferences and needs

• Explaining how to care for shoes to ensure that they last a long time

• Providing information about new products or promotions to existing customers

• Suggesting new styles that may be popular with customers based on their preferences

• Helping customers choose the right pair of shoes for their needs such as for work or for leisure activities

• Demonstrating how to walk in different styles of shoes to help customers determine which pair will be most comfortable

• Selling accessories such as socks, shoe polish, and insoles to customers who purchase shoes from the store

•Required Skills and Qualifications •

• Proven Footwear sales experience

• Ability to work independently and with a team

• Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings and weekends

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven track record of achieving sales goals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,500.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
