We Are from "SKECHERS" Footwear, We are looking for a Footwear Sales Executives - Male and Female in our Stores.Preferred Skills and Qualifications* 1+ years of Footwear sales experience* Excellent customer service skills* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsDuties & Responsibilities* Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner* Assist customers in finding the perfect shoe for their needs* Help customers with sizing, fitting, and style selection* Keep up to date on the latest fashion trends and styles* Understand the features and benefits of all shoes in the store* Provide honest and helpful advice to customers* Upsell customers on additional items, such as socks, insoles, and laces* Process sales transactions quickly and accurately* Maintain a clean and organized work area* Stock shelves and displays as needed* Assist in training new employees* Handle customer complaints in a polite and professional manner* Providing customers with product knowledge regarding styles and materials used in various models of shoes* Laying out shoes on shelves or tables according to size or style type* Recommending styles and brands based on the customers preferences and needs* Explaining how to care for shoes to ensure that they last a long time* Providing information about new products or promotions to existing customers* Suggesting new styles that may be popular with customers based on their preferences* Helping customers choose the right pair of shoes for their needs such as for work or for leisure activities* Demonstrating how to walk in different styles of shoes to help customers determine which pair will be most comfortable* Selling accessories such as socks, shoe polish, and insoles to customers who purchase shoes from the storeRequired Skills and Qualifications* Proven Footwear sales experience* Ability to work independently and with a team* Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings and weekends* High school diploma or equivalent* Proven track record of achieving sales goalsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: \xe2\x82\xb915,500.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per monthBenefits:
