Job Description

Our football academy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Academy Coordinator to join our team. The football Academy Manager will be responsible for the upkeep of our state-of-the-art sports facilities, organizing events to increase footfall and registrations of candidates for coaching, engaging coaches with fire in their belly to create and nurture footballers. Additionally, the Sports Academy Coordinator will be responsible for account and bookkeeping.

Note : Preferable Football background.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the sports facilities to the highest standard
Organize events and marketing campaigns to increase footfall and registrations for coaching
Recruit, train, and engage with coaches to create.
Maintain account and bookkeeping records for the sports academy
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the sports academy
Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
Continuously seek out opportunities for growth and improvement of the sports academy
Requirements:

Proven experience in sports facility management, event organizing, and coaching management
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience in account and bookkeeping
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Passion for sports and a commitment to excellence

Pay: ?6,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sport Coordinator: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Hindi and English (Preferred)
