About the Company:

is looking for a skilled

Food Technologist

to develop and enhance our range of

juices, mocktails, sharbats, and vinegars

. We are committed to delivering high-quality, innovative products and are looking for an expert to drive our R&D and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and refine

formulations for beverages, juices, sharbats, and vinegars

. Ensure product consistency, taste, and

shelf stability

. Work with natural ingredients, preservatives, and flavors for optimal quality. Innovate and improve existing products while creating

new market-leading beverages

. Ensure compliance with

FSSAI and other food safety regulations

. Conduct

quality control

checks and maintain high production standards. Collaborate with production teams for large-scale manufacturing.

Requirements:

? Degree in

Food Technology / Food Science / Microbiology

or related field.
?

2+ years of experience

in beverage formulation.
? Expertise in

ingredient selection, shelf-life enhancement, and flavor balancing

.
? Strong understanding of

food safety standards and regulatory compliance

.
? Passion for innovation in the beverage industry.
