Salary: ?1,75,000 to ?2,00,000 per annum + Incentives
• Pitch food packages to villa guests, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with guests to finalize food packages, communicate the details to the ground operations team, and ensure smooth delivery and reception.
• Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation in alignment with villa standards and guest expectations.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and maximize profitability through effective budget management.
• Ensure after-sales service by following up with guests to assess their experience and liaising with the ground team accordingly.
• Handle escalations as and when they arise.
• Ensure reviews are collected in accordance with Ekostay standards.
• Conduct mandatory introduction calls with all guests, reiterating food rules.
• Allocate chefs as needed.
• Manage Airbnb reviews.
• Resolve any food-related problems.
