Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Runner to join our restaurant team. As a Runner, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient service by delivering food and drinks from the kitchen to the dining area, assisting servers, and providing exceptional support to both the front-of-house and back-of-house teams. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Delivery : Efficiently deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the appropriate tables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support Servers : Assist waitstaff by refilling drinks, providing additional utensils or condiments, and addressing guest needs to enhance the dining experience.
• Maintain Cleanliness : Keep the dining area, service stations, and kitchen clean and organized, including clearing and resetting tables after guests leave.
• Coordinate with Kitchen Staff : Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and address any issues related to food presentation or orders.
• Assist with Set-Up : Help set up and break down dining areas before and after service, including arranging tables and chairs as needed.
• Monitor Stock Levels : Keep an eye on stock levels at service stations and communicate with servers or management when supplies need replenishing.
• Guest Interaction : Engage with guests courteously, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to during their dining experience.
• Perform Other Duties : Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management or servers to ensure a seamless operation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Physical stamina to carry food and beverages, as well as the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
