Food Production Supervisor
Job Description
Production Oversight:
Supervise and coordinate the daily production activities to ensure efficient and smooth operations. Ensure production targets and schedules are met in a timely manner. Oversee the proper setup and operation of production equipment and machinery. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to established guidelines and standards.
Staff Management:
Supervise and lead a team of production workers, including training, motivating, and evaluating staff performance. Assign tasks to workers and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively.
Quality Control:
Monitor food production for quality, consistency, and hygiene.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
