MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HOTEL INDUSTRY
1.Supervise Plating Process: Ensure food is plated according to the restaurant's or company's guidelines.
2. Quality Control: Check the appearance, portion size, and garnishing of dishes to meet set standards.
3. Team Coordination: Train and guide the plating team to follow plating techniques and standards.
4. Time Management: Ensure dishes are plated and served promptly, maintaining efficiency in service.
5. Sanitation and Safety: Ensure the workspace is clean and all food handling complies with health and safety regulations.
Skills and Requirements:
• Knowledge of food presentation and plating techniques.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in a food service or hospitality environment is a plus.
