Job Description
The Food and Beverages Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the F&B operations within the establishment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and beverage service, and achieving customer satisfaction and profitability. This role involves overseeing staff, managing budgets, implementing policies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Oversee daily operations of the F&B department.
Ensure high standards of quality, service, and presentation in all F&B areas.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
