To coordinate the business activities in Food & Beverage Service
To consistently monitor F&B cost and recommend pro-active action to enhance the profitability of the Food & Beverage department.
Responsibilities:
Check on guests satisfaction levels and properly handle feedback and follow-up
Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
Assist F&B management in conducting daily shift briefings to update and disseminate relevant information to restaurant employees
Report any complaints, incidents or any other irregularities to F&B management
Ensure that operating equipment is maintained and service and storage areas are kept safe and clean
Maintain quality control for all food served
To ensure that guests receive the attention and service they require
Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the F&B management
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 year experience in luxury hotel or resort and well trained in F&B operations
Strong inter-personality, leadership, and creative skills
