Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, caf\xc3\xa9, and catering
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and control costs by managing food and beverage budgets effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues promptly.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest concerns and complaints, striving to resolve issues to the guest\'s
- Collaborate with the executive chef to develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and
- Set pricing strategies that balance profitability with competitive positioning in the market.
- Regularly review menu offerings and make adjustments as necessary to maximize revenue and guest
- Prepare and manage the food and beverage budget, ensuring expenses are within budgetary constraints.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling, promotions, and strategic pricing.
- Coordinate and oversee special events, banquets, and catering services, ensuring flawless execution and
- Work closely with event planners and clients to customize menus and services to meet their specific needs
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors and management
