Food and Beverage \xe2\x80\xa2 Daily Lunch Arrangements for all the directors. Handling Tiffin Boxes from arrival to departure. This will include Warming food and getting the tiffins cleaned through maids.
Ensure timely service of drinking water and service glasses to individual director\xe2\x80\x99s cabin everyday.
Directors Lounge Service. Keep proper stock of all consumables and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the Lounge.
Lunch n Snacks arrangements (as required) for Business Guests/Personal Guests of Directors/Other Guests.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee efficient procurement, stock rotation (check expiry date), and inventory control to minimise wastage and optimize resources. Guest Relations
Assist and greet all guests/ visitors/ parties warmly and professionally.
Manage the check-in and check-out process for guests/ visitors/ parties, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Front Desk Operations
Backing Up the functions of the front desk/reception area.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor logs and other relevant data.
Housekeeping n Other Duties \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee directors utility areas such as cabins, restrooms, cafeteria, etc.
Conduct training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of maids and cleaning staff and ensure adherence of all parameters covered in training program.
Maintain and supervise cleanliness and hygiene standards through housekeeping staff, to ensure a safe and clean environment.
Maintain DAR/ TDL on regular basis.
Additional duties assigned by the management and senior authorities from time to time.
