We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Manager to join our team in the F&B industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to ensure the highest level of service and operational excellence across all facets of our organization. The Training Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our staff, thereby contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.l Develop and implement training strategies and programs tailored to the specific needs of various departments within the F&B industry, including but not limited to kitchen staff, servers, bartenders, and management personnel.l Candidate should be making sure day-to-day operations of the Kitchen run smoothly and efficiently.l Should be want to Conduct New Product Launch training to my area and attain compliance and effectiveness to staff.l Should be Update new training materials in the cloud to make them more relevant to the needs of the organization.l Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars focused on enhancing customer service, product knowledge, food safety, and operational efficiency.l Create training materials, manuals, and multimedia presentations to support training initiatives, ensuring that content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices.l Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms, performance metrics, and observation, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.l Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in the F&B industry to continuously improve training methodologies and content.l Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among employees, promoting career advancement opportunities and professional growth.l Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes, and prepare reports for management as required.l Serve as a mentor and coach to trainers and training coordinators, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.l Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures at all times, and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.l Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field.l Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role in the F&B industry, with a minimum of [8 to 10] years of relevant experience.l In-depth knowledge of training methodologies & instructional design principles.l Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve excellence.l Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.l Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications and learning management systems (LMS)Job Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb950,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb960,000.00 per monthBenefits:
