The F&B Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality, practical, and theoretical training sessions related to food and beverage services. This role includes designing and implementing training programs that equip students with industry-relevant skills, preparing them for successful careers in the hospitality sector. The trainer should have experience working on skill development projects like DDU-GKY or similar, ensuring training standards meet project requirements.:
Key Responsibilities :
• Training and Development :
• Educate and train students on various aspects of the F&B sector, including food handling, hygiene practices, customer service, and workplace safety.
• Design, develop, and deliver F&B curriculum and modules as per industry standards and project guidelines.
• Conduct practical sessions to demonstrate food and beverage preparation, serving techniques, and effective communication with guests.
• Prepare assessments and ensure students' progress is monitored and documented.
• Project-Based Experience :
• Utilize experience with skill development programs, such as DDU-GKY, to align training objectives with project standards.
• Ensure that training modules meet the outcomes specified in skill development projects and tailor sessions to address the target audience's needs.
• Student Mentorship and Support :
• Guide students on career paths within the hospitality industry and provide insights into employment opportunities.
• Offer one-on-one support, guidance, and feedback to enhance students' learning experience and improve skill sets.
• Prepare students for On-the-Job Training (OJT) placements, helping them apply skills in real-world settings.
• Administrative Responsibilities :
• Manage records of student attendance, progress, and assessment results.
• Prepare training reports and documentation as required by project stakeholders or management.
• Assist in the mobilization and registration of students for F&B courses, ensuring smooth onboarding and orientation.
• Continuous Improvement :
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and practices into the curriculum.
• Work collaboratively with other trainers and project managers to improve training quality and student engagement.
Education Qualification - Certificate/Diploma/Degree/Master/PhD in Food and Beverage Service Associate in Hotel/ Hospitality Management/ Food and Beverage Service.
