Food And Beverage Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor / Captain to lead our service team and ensure a top-notch guest experience. You'll manage guest seating, oversee waitstaff, and work closely with the kitchen and management to deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Service: Greet and seat guests, address any needs or concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Guide and support waitstaff, assign tasks, and maintain smooth service flow.
• Service Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, manage table service, and communicate with the kitchen.
• Operations: Oversee dining room cleanliness, assist with opening/closing duties, and handle cash transactions.
• Problem Solving: Resolve guest issues with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
Qualifications:
• Experience as a Captain, Head Waiter, or similar role in a restaurant.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month
