To ensure that approved menu is in place in all units and coordinates the work of Unit based Chefs to assure that food preparation is economical and technically correct and within budgeted cost goals.
To ensure that standard recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation which help to assure consistently high quality and to minimise food costs; exercises portion control for all items served and assists in establishing menu selling prices.
Should insure that Brand Recipes are being strictly followed at units with skillful preparation.
Experience:
7-10 years of experience in Hospitality Industry
Skill Set:
Business Sense, culinary expertise, excellent presentation skills, organizational skills, and leadership andnegotiations skill, fair computer knowledge
