Job Summary: As a Food and Beverages Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of food and beverage operations. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and Operations:
• Assist in the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages.
• Learn and perform various service techniques, including table setting, order taking, and serving.
• Support the team in maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Customer Interaction:
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Training and Development:
• Participate in training sessions to learn about menu items, food safety standards, and customer service protocols.
• Work closely with experienced staff to understand daily operations and best practices.
• Inventory and Stock Management:
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring stock levels.
• Report any discrepancies or issues related to inventory.
• Health and Safety:
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards in all aspects of food and beverage handling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or completed a degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team.
• Attributes: Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn. A passion for the food and beverage industry is essential.
• Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role or food and beverage environment is an advantage but not required.
