Job Title: Food and Beverage Service Executive

Job Summary: As a Food and Beverage Service Executive, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and satisfying. You will assist in managing food and beverage operations, taking orders, serving meals, and addressing guest needs with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and provide recommendations on food and beverages.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure that guests' needs are met throughout their meal.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests in a courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, and process payments accurately.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining events or functions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in food and beverage service within a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine and cocktail pairings.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and billing.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
