Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere.
• Present menus, explain dishes and drinks, and make recommendations to guests.
• Take accurate orders from guests and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently.
• Check in on guests periodically to ensure their needs are met.
• Clear tables and ensure the dining area is clean and organized.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Follow all health and safety regulations in handling food and beverages.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to deliver seamless service.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar role in a restaurant or bar setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
