: Food & Beverage Manager (Quick Service Restaurant)Location: Uttrakhand (Kashipur)Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of QSR dynamics, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Lead day-to-day operations of the QSR, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments including kitchen, service, and customer support.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of dedicated staff members. Monitor performance, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service. Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and ordering to minimize waste and ensure adequate stock levels. Implement strategies to control costs and optimize profitability.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and respond to complaints in a timely manner. Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience and loyalty.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, analyze financial statements, and ensure financial objectives are met. Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with culinary teams to develop and update menus that meet customer preferences and operational capabilities.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Work closely with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar role in a Quick Service Restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred.
  • Certification in Food Handling and Sanitation (e.g., ServSafe) is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
