Operational Leadership: Lead day-to-day operations of the QSR, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments including kitchen, service, and customer support.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of dedicated staff members. Monitor performance, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service. Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and ordering to minimize waste and ensure adequate stock levels. Implement strategies to control costs and optimize profitability.
Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and respond to complaints in a timely manner. Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience and loyalty.
Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, analyze financial statements, and ensure financial objectives are met. Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Menu Development: Collaborate with culinary teams to develop and update menus that meet customer preferences and operational capabilities.
Marketing and Promotions: Work closely with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar role in a Quick Service Restaurant environment.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred.
Certification in Food Handling and Sanitation (e.g., ServSafe) is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
