Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our dining establishments' food service operations. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of food and beverage service, including menu planning, inventory management, staff training, and customer satisfaction. You will ensure that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans for food and beverage operations to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Plan and create menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef and management team.
• Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
• Manage inventory levels and food costs to optimize profitability.
• Train, supervise, and schedule food and beverage service staff.
• Oversee dining room and bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and special events to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
