- Manage daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.
- Develop and implement menus, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee food and beverage inventory, ordering, and supply chain management to minimize waste and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events and functions.
- Monitor financial performance, preparing regular reports and making data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
