Control costs, inventory, staffing, and equipment maintenance. Monitor costs, portion control, and profitability. Marketing and Client Acquisition: Develop strategic marketing plans for banquets and conferences. Build relationships with event planners, corporate clients, and prospects. Collaborate with sales and marketing for effective campaigns. Staff Management and Training: Recruit, train, and supervise staff (servers, bartenders, kitchen personnel). Customer Service and Guest Satisfaction: Maintain high service standards and resolve complaints promptly. Emphasize personalized service and exceed guest expectations.
