Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Represent needs of the team
  • Ensure compliance of brand standards
  • Be environmentally aware
  • Assist Food and Beverage manager and the team in achieving financial targets
  • Assist Food and Beverage manager and the team with training and development of team members
  • Supervise Food and Beverage operations
  • Communicate and delegate tasks within the team
  • Coordinate with parallel departments when necessary
  • Maintain good working rapport with previous and potential customers
  • Comply with fire regulations and all health and safety standards
Requirements:
  • 3 - 4 years of rich food and beverage experience
  • \'Can do\' mentality along with positive attitude
  • Ownership of work
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Good Communication skills
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
